  • Under what circumstances can an item be returned?

Quality Issues. If the item you received is materially defective (ex. the design is faded, the design is out of place etc.) please contact us immediately to support@megakpop.com Though we constantly check the quality of our products prior to shipment, the buyer is responsible to check the item for defects or problems. Damaged items due to client negligence or items without their original tags can not be returned. 

Wrong Item. We will exchange your item in cases where the purchased product does not match the item ordered. For instance, it is not the color that you ordered (perceived color differences due to your computer monitor will not be exchanged), or the item you received does not match the style that you ordered. Another example is if you ordered a t-shirt with Jin but instead got one with RM.

 

These are the only circumstances an item can be returned. Sizing issues and buyers remorse are not circumstances we will be able to return/exchange. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and we’re confident you won’t need to return anything if ordered correctly. Basically, we’ll only refund/exchange for errors committed by our side. Refunds if issued will be sent to original payment method.
